Tennille
Chief Sprout - Tennille is the CEO of Sprout Space in Mandurah, WA, where she supports people with disability to build confidence, skills, and real opportunities through customised employment, microenterprise support, and community connection. Tennille is known for having a lot of ideas (the good kind) and a genuine “let’s learn it” attitude — if there’s something new that could help participants thrive or help the team grow stronger, she’s already halfway down the rabbit hole figuring it out. She’s passionate about support that’s personal, practical, and focused on real outcomes — not box-ticking.
Jas
Jas is one of those people you notice straight away — partly because she’s playful and full of energy, and partly because you can spot her desk from a mile away (follow the trail of pink accessories and you’ll find her).
A true go-getter, Jas organises all of Sprout Space’s local market opportunities and makes sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. She’s also a steady source of guidance and support for the team, always ready to jump in, problem-solve, and keep things moving forward. Most of all, Jas loves backing microenterprise owners — cheering them on, helping them grow, and celebrating every win along the way.
Tayla
Tayla is our administration superstar — the kind of person who always seems to be helping, learning, and quietly making everything run better. With a strong background in community development, Tayla brings loads of real-world experience to the role, from facilitating peer support groups to delivering road safety presentations, and previously working as an Engagement Officer.
She’s also the first friendly face you’ll see when you walk into our office. Tayla is warm and welcoming, has a playful sense of humour, and brings a strong sense of social justice into everything she does. Just a few of the many reasons we love having her on the team.
