Individualised Employment Support begins and ends with YOU, we work with you to find out what your skills and abilities are, what you love doing and are passionate about. We then take this information and work with you to find an employment option that is meaningful to you.
For some people, this could be support to develop and set up a microenterprise business - where YOU are the boss. For others, this could be support to carve out a valued role within a business or organisation. We are led by YOU, this is your journey.
We support people at all stages, whether they are students looking for options once they finish school, people who have tried work through an Australian Disability Enterprise (ADE), people who have engaged with a Disability Employment Service (DES), or people who have never thought that they could find a meaningful employment opportunity.

We work with people with disability who have NDIS funding, either in their Core or Capacity Building Budgets. At this stage we can only work with individuals who are Plan Managed or Self Managed, but do get in touch because just like you, we are growing as well.
We also work with employers, local governments and organisations to promote inclusive recruitment practises and the benefits of employing a person with disability.

We are based in Mandurah, WA. Although depending on what suits you and what support you need, we can offer some of our services over video conferencing, face to face or outreach into regional areas.
